Associate Membership

Associate membership in Association of European Travel and Tourism Agencies (AETTA) is open to any organisation involved in the European travel and tourism sector. This is the lightest and the most frequent form of participation in AETTA: 96% of our members are associate members. Associate membership is particularly suitable for smaller travel and tourism agencies who would like to be associated with AETTA for marketing or other purposes but do not have time and resources for deeper participation in the life of AETTA. After two years of the relationship with AETTA an associate member is eligible to apply for the strategic member status.

The following is a brief overview of the benefits to be gained from the associate membership with AETTA:

• ◾ Possibility of access to AETTA market intelligence, analyses and statistics
• ◾ Opportunity to use AETTA's logo on your website and marketing materials*
• ◾ Possibility of listing and link on AETTA's website*
• ◾ Access to AETTA conferences and training programs

Responsibilities of Associate Member

Below is a brief overview of the responsibilities of an associate member:

• ◾ Compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Associate Membership
• ◾ Compliance with European directives and applicable national legislation in the area of travel and tourism.
• ◾ Annual payment of the associate membership fee: (132 € in 2024)
